Peter Buckley has worked as a personal injury claims negotiator since graduating from Central Washington University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations. Negotiators settle cases out of court by reaching an agreement with the insurance companies without the hassel of trial.

While at CWU, Mr. Buckley wrote various articles for the university newspaper. Before attending CWU he competed successfully in track and field for Washington State University where he competed in the Pac-10 championships.
